infinity design has just launched our Mobile Loyalty feature, and I wanted to tell you more about how we decided to do it and what we see as the biggest opportunities in this space.

Your feedback was most valuable to us
A while ago, we conducted surveys and asked our clients to tell us where they see the biggest need. Loyalty and eCommerce were two top requirements. We integrated eCommerce with Shopify, and the feedback received to date was excellent. We do plan to improve and add more integrations to the list. Loyalty took a little bit more for us to develop because we wanted to make it right.

As we mentioned, no one loses here. This is a win for both sides, and that is why we enjoy doing this. We believe that our platform can take loyalty to a completely new level and use the advantages of mobile technology to help SMBs grow their business even further.
